![]() Abusive Precursors: The Orokin were vicious tyrants trying to convince their subjects they were living perfection, who saw virtually all life besides themselves as disposible.Their nature reveals a lot of things about them that were not immediately apparent or presumed, so beware of unmarked spoilers below. Corrupted are Grineer and Corpus troops, with the occasional Infested Ancient, who have fallen to the tower's AI defenses and been remade into a loyal servant force. Now long-vanished, the only living remnants of them seem to be the guardians of the Orokin structures in the Void: strange towers inhabited and defended by "Corrupted". They led humanity in what was seemingly a Golden Age, in an era of science, reason, and rampant, incredible cruelty against those they considered their lessers as rulers of the System. ![]() ![]() While not entirely innacurate, learning anything concrete about the Orokin paints a darker picture. Initially, they were implied to have been a glorious, prosperous society of enlightened ideals and incredibly advanced technology, which collapsed and disappeared after some catastrophe. I explore and find all these secret rooms in solo mode, don't count on public games that people are going to wait for you lagging behind looking for rooms.Once, the Origin System was ruled by the Orokin, a race of seemingly immaculate posthuman immortals armed with advanced technology that has yet to be surpassed or even just replicated. But the probabilty to get rares is there, you can only know by looking for them. Most of the time, it will not give you a mod, and when it does it will likely be a warframe ability mod. The more containers you break open, including the ones in secret rooms, the better your chances of getting a mod from them. You may get a common Pressure Point while your teammate grabs the same mod and gets a rare Streamline. The thing is, the mods that drop from containers in regular void missions are RANDOM for each player. I have done over 100 t1s-t3s and I have not seen a rare mod pop out of these rooms at all the good loots seem to only come from mobs. Originally posted by crazie8:Far as I can tell, it is not worth bothering with the secret rooms in the regular towers (1-3) the loot is almost always worthless and in most cases it's wasting time for a handful of credits/resources/crappy junk mods that drop all the time in normal missions. The doors are timed, so you dont have time to do anything but run for the door, if you see it.ĭue to the random generation of maps, it can be hard to grasp but usually youll come across the same type treasure rooms, Derelict Vaults are usually alot easier to find, but again, they require you to have the key and for someone to carry the artifact to the exit. Some of the rooms are subtle and hidden, hard to reach, while others are at the end of an obstacle course, if you ever step on a pressure plate with the Lotus logo on it, you should be looking for a big door that is slowly being closed, usually in view, with several obstacles between you and it, and some of them contain another pressure plate that opens another door to lead you further in, the obstacles range from ice surfaces to lasers and several types of wind-levitation mechanics. Orokin Derelict Vaults are not to be confused with Void Treasure rooms, which are scattered around the Orokin Void maps, and require nothing but reaching them to get whatever is inside, it is said that these lockers and crates may hold mods and loot of higher rarity than elsewhere on the void maps, that said the mods dropped in these hidden rooms dont necessarily need to be good or rare. Originally posted by gorebane44:is it orokin voids that have vaults or orakin derelictsthat have vaults? yall are saying 2 different things =( Orokin Derelict is orokin void that is run over by infested, im not sure as to the lore behind it but it is there you need the Orokin Derelict Keys, they are 4 types of keys that give you a major debuff for the time you have it equipped, example, slower movement speed, lowered damage, etc.
